If I run the update (to 14.0.7) then Lync doesn't even open (this is reproducable every time I do this uninstall, reinstall, update sequence), I just get a big fail window that says the following: If the problem continues, please contact your support team." We are on Office365 in our office and I'm the only one that seems to be missing my certificate in the keychain. If I delete Lync and reinstall without the latest update (14.0.1) then at least I can see Lync but I can't log in.
